For close to 20 years, General Accident Insurance Limited has shown appreciation to its customers around Christmas time.  The customer-centred ethos is a part of our company’s 120-year history.

This year, our clients in Half-Way-Tree and Montego Bay were fêted to a range of treats and discounts on the day. Customers had the chance to win free insurance; discounts ranging from 10 to 50 per cent; and gas vouchers from their partners.

Clients and passersby also benefited from vehicle displays Stewarts Auto, product offerings from AIM Financial Services and valuations from At Your Service Valuators.

The historic insurance provider took the chance to feature the range of coverage including Motor, Property, Travel and other coverage including Liability Insurance, Engineering Insurance and Marine Cargo.

The day’s offerings closed out with our inaugural Outdoor Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.

The seven-foot White-Cedar Christmas tree specially ordered through the Jamaica’s Forestry Department from Litchfield Farms in Trelawny was decorated with bold, brightly coloured ornaments that sparkle in the sunlight decorated by the staff members
Topped with specially designed Christmas ornaments from the Fontana Pharmacy in Barbican, the tree will mark good tidings and cheer for the rest of the season.

The tree was lit after a rousing carol service by GenAc staff, customers and guests.

Customers of the General Accident (GenAc) Insurance enjoyed an extra treat for the 2019 Christmas Season when they were fêted to Customer Appreciation Day on Friday, December 13.
