An insurance policy is a contract between you and an insurance company, in which we promise to take over the financial costs of certain risks. The policy describes the item(s) covered, the risks you are covered against and specifies your rights and responsibilities, along with the terms and limits of the cover. We cannot stop those risks from occurring, but we can help to pay for them when they do.
Vehicular manslaughter is every driver’s worst nightmare. However, if this nightmare ever becomes a reality, your policy provides a maximum of $150,000.00 to defend against charges.
This provides coverage to the driver of the vehicle for personal injury resulting in death or permanent injuries.
If you are involved an accident and unable to drive the vehicle from the scene, your policy provides coverage for removal and storage as per the limit specified on your policy schedule.
