General Accident partners with REACT Roadside Assistance to offer ACCICARE Plus, our 24-hour roadside assistance to.  This service is available to all our policyholders who are comprehensively insured.

With this added amenity, our customers are guaranteed that in the event of an ‘accident’, the following services will be provided:-
  • Preparation of preliminary accident reports.
  • Provision of security.
  • Photographs of accident scene and documents.
  • Provision of a dedicated portal for photographs of accident and documentation.
  • Accident and Collision towing.
  • Breakdowns
